I believe, as I hope you do, that the ministries and missions of our church continue to reach families in and beyond the community. God has blessed us with growth and vibrant missions. Yet, with growth comes a challenge. Our campus needs renovating, and it is time to cast our vision with capital improvements in mind.
2021 has been a time to listen and pray together about our values, mission, and vision. We outlined our core values and are implementing a new mission statement. It is now time to cast God’s vision for us in what we are calling “Living the Vision”, which includes a stewardship campaign for administrative offices, restroom, parlor, and music building renovations.
God is faithful and has guided us for over 106 years. We have an opportunity to join God in giving sacrificially and generously to meet the needs of our campaign. Every household will be asked to participate in “Living the Vision”, by prayerfully considering making a sacrificial gift above and beyond tithes and offerings over the next three years to make this project a reality.
Everyone will have an opportunity to participate: from our children and congregation, to the wider Vero Beach community. Your involvement is vital!
Join us for Vision Sunday on January 9th: Please make plans to worship with us on January 9th at 8:30 AM or 10:30 AM services to learn more about our “Living the Vision” campaign. We will learn the importance of prayer as we move forward. There will not be any requests for financial commitments at this time, but the Trustees and staff will be available in the Family Life Center at 11:45 AM to answer any questions or to help you tour the spaces that we are renovating.
Join us for Vision Luncheon on January 30th: We invite you to worship with us on January 30th at one service at 10:30 AM and attend the Vision Luncheon in the Family Life Center at 11:45 AM. The purpose of lunch will be to celebrate “Living the Vision”, share information, answer any questions, and encourage you to make “Living the Vision” a priority in your daily prayers, with our special guest Dr. Gary Enfinger.
This is indeed an exciting time in the life of our church!
